Adjusting

I'm not sure what's up, but I seem to have lost the heart for blogging.  I would say I've lost the mind for blogging, but the idiom revolves around the heart.

While I believe my life is relevant, I'm not so sure you need a diary dosage of what goes on in Ellie's mind and life.

Right now I'm adjusting to summer. There's always a strangeness to the beginning of summer break.  Adjusting to the quiet, adjusting to the bed time and rising, adjusting to the change of responsibilities.  It's good, but it's strange.

As for this space on the Internet, I'm feeling at a loss for how to fill it well.

So, for now, and maybe now is only today and the previous few days, it continues to go unfilled.

For really real

     Last week, someone signed me up for this blog hop.  Anyway, I got some comments from people just stopping by and asking me to visit their blogs.  All well and good.  But... I hadn't signed up for it, hadn't "linked" up, and so it was all well and strange.
     This week, I'm linking up as an act of penance.  Even though I wasn't the fraud, I feel a little guilty that this all happened.
